If Framegain Pro is not working out for you, email hello@framegain.dev with your order details and tell us what went wrong. We read every message ourselves.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Pro purchases, meaning Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and processes refunds on our behalf. When a refund is approved, Paddle issues it back to your original payment method; Render Technologies AB does not hold or move your payment funds directly.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, starting when the contract is concluded. Framegain Pro is digital content delivered immediately. Your right of withdrawal may end when delivery begins, but only if you expressly asked for immediate delivery and expressly acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. Paddle’s checkout presents the relevant consent and acknowledgement where applicable. If you do not give that express consent, your statutory fourteen-day right remains available. This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the statutory rights described above, we consider additional refund requests on their own facts — for example, whether the plugin failed to work as described for your engine version, or whether you were charged in error. Email us and we will respond directly.
Paddle may have its own checkout, payment and refund terms or policies that apply in parallel to these terms. Paddle’s terms govern the payment transaction and Paddle’s role as seller and Merchant of Record; these terms govern the Framegain software licence and our handling of software-related requests. Where mandatory consumer law applies, it takes precedence.
If a refund is issued, the associated key is deactivated on both machine seats.
