A Framegain Pro key licenses the compiled plugin binary for Unreal Engine 5.7 or 5.8. No source code is provided under any plan, Free or Pro. The licensor of the software is Render Technologies AB (Org.nr 559362-0734).
Each key activates on two machines at a time — commonly a desktop and a laptop, or a personal machine and a studio machine. Deactivating a machine in the editor’s License page frees that seat immediately for another machine.
A Pro key includes updates for twelve months from the date of purchase. After that window, the version of Framegain you already have keeps working with no expiry; you simply stop receiving new updates unless you renew.
You may not redistribute, resell or share your license key. The licence is personal to the original customer and may not be assigned, transferred or sublicensed without our written consent. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent license activation, except to the extent such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
If you materially breach this agreement, we may suspend or terminate the licence, deactivate the associated key and require you to stop using Framegain Pro. Where the breach can be remedied, we will normally give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it first. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination, and does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Framegain is delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every project or workflow, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and seller for all Pro purchases; see the Terms of use for how that relates to Render Technologies AB as licensor.
